What is up with the crappy Party system?

I got friends I talked into getting the deal on the season pass so we can play together without getting kicked on new maps but the party system is worse than it used to be imo.  It takes way to much time to get us all in a game together and once the server dies rinse and repeat.  I thought after a year DICE would get this figured out.  I got friends that do not have any way to get into games the leaders games.  I am going to get them to delete their Twinkle file but they are ready to just pass on BF1 and play only PUBG.  I can understand as this process is VERY frustrating for everyone involved on our end. Here are some of my thoughts.

1. If we party up we plan on playing together so instead of having to do 2 things to get into the squad leaders map, just pull everyone into the SLers game and have a backspace to NOT accept going in.

2. Put the SLer on the losing team and then have players join him moving those non-party individuals that are not on the winning side to the winning side so we are all together in a squad.

3. We all understand full server means wait, not a problem just do step 2 when there is room.

Also on a side note, as a premium owner that bought it in preorder, PLEASE stop making maps just for DLC, there is not enough players to keep splitting the base.  Instead give more cool weapons and vehicles plus missions to get cool * in DLCs..  I would be much happier with that and player base would be better off
