"Battlefield 4 will be available for PlayStation 4 starting November 12 in North America and November 29 in Europe, and Xbox One starting November 19 in North America and November 22 in Europe."
That's from the official BF4 website, I doubt you can do much about your delivery time, you'll just have to wait and see I guess.
You can pick it up on the 15th, it's not known if the stores will release it early or not (nor is it relevant if you don't have a system).
The only pre-console release titles announced for early pickup are the first party titles, (killzone and Knack).
