This is AHQ. This is not EA Help. The Game Advisers all work at EA Help, and all report to supervisors at EA Help. They do not report to us, and we do not have connections from here to there. We are gamers in here, discussing troubles with EA Games, and attempting to come up with self-help fixes for members to apply by themselves. You have to stay on EA Help until you get satisfaction. It doesn't make any difference. I play games. I do not work for EA. AHQ is for GAMERS to trouble shoot games with one another. That's what we do. We DO NOT do anything at all to supervise any employee at EA.
You wanedt AHQ to "assume" an authority that I did not believe exists as such.
