I would also like to file a complaint, I did not receive a survey, my chat was disconnected and the agent refused to offer more help then the below snippet:
Terrible service, still waiting on a call back option (which i figured out how to get by myself, the call me now option does not populate while using google chrome for some reason - works on Firefox - this is a major point that your support reps should be providing customers to avoid hassle)

I am a Manager at a telecom and if one of my employees treated a customer this way they would be suspended at best.
I realize this is a very old thread but contacting EA has proven to be nearly impossible so i'm resorting to this. Please contact me EA.

8 years agoI had a very similar issue just now. I had to get with 3 advisors and 1 supervisor and they all treated me the same way saying they had already given me all the information about my issue and then dropped me without giving me a chance to follow up. Clearly nobody is keeping these advisors in check.
