12 years agoYou can use the Contact Us option on help.ea.com to give feedback about your support experience. But usually you should get an email / feedback form after you contacted our Game Advisors anyway. Can you check if you have such an email in your mailbox?
Edit: I wanted to check your cases and read the chat log but I could not find them on your account. Did you contact us with a different account? Do you perhaps have a case number for me? You should be able to see all your cases here (you have to log in of course):
