Where Do I Redeem Special Access Code
I was emailed a "special access code" from EA support and it doesnt say where to input it. I tried on Origin but it says it is invalid.

I am sorry but we are not really able to help you out with code issues. You say you got an "special access code" for BF4 from EA?

I had contacted support and they sent me an email saying
Thanks for contacting EA Help! We’ve opened case number _______ for your request and granted you the special access code, xxxxxxxx
Obviously I've blacked out my code and case number but that's basically what it said.

This isn't your code to get the premium content, it's a code that EA uses internally to show that they've verified your account. The code will come later.
Exposing this internal stuff to their customers just creates more calls and confusion but they never seem to learn.
