where is my Product Code ??.. I already bought a battlefield 4 ..but stilll you havent sent my produckt code to my Hotmail adress.. I need product code immediatly

Open Origin, go to the My Games tab, hover the mouse over the game and click the italicized i. The product code should be located there. If not, get in touch wtih EA support as this forums is not an officia support page, but a place for players to help eachother.

Go to help.ea.com and click contact us. Then enter the relevant information and choose your contact method. Depending on your country, you'll have the options for phone, chat, or email.
