Man, 3 weeks almost 4, this has been happening for MONTHS, and started happening after the 4K patch and this affect to Xbox One X users as me.
The game as it is , it's ruined right now, honestly : /
You guys released a patch not a long ago but this didn't get fixed at all .

Clear Alternate Mac address.
>Open Settings on the Xbox One.
>In the Console section select Network.
>Select Advanced settings.
>Select Alternate MAC address.
>Select CLEAR and press Enter.
>You will have to restart the console for the change to take effect.
Check your NAT settings
Xbox One: Go to Settings, then All Settings, then Network. Your NAT type will be under Current Network Status.
CLEAR PERSISTENT STORAGE AND POWERCYCLE XBOX ONE
>Press the menu key of the controller.
>Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.
>In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".
>Select "Clear persistent storage".

RE-ADDING GAMER TAG

>Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
>Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

Turn it back ON after 2 minutes

TCP: 53, 80, 3074, 3659
PLEASE USE A LAN CABLE FOR CONSOLE TO IMPROVE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
