Who recalls 'Revive Launcher'?
There was some software out there called Revive Launcher on a site called 'battlelog' (which is still up) where you could download a special launcher for Battlefield 2. Seems they have pulled it down...

The BattleLog system itself still works if you are able to find a copy of the game on the 2nd hand market.
The reason Revive was wound up was due to them distributing EA / DICE intellectual property without permission.
The letter was purely aimed at the distribution of IP and not the launcher / server itself.
