Why cant I activate my battlefield 4 theme for pre ordering it on playstation store in ps3

I have the exact same problem...
Also when I go to "themes" it shows up with the odd name "Theme" instead of (for example) "BF4 Pre-Order Theme"
I'm sure that it's the right one cause when I delete it and download the Theme again it pops back up in the list....
Pressing Triangle on the theme and going to "Information" shows a picture on the top of a corrupted file

Anybody who can help...

thats what exactly happening to me.

One message about the same thing is all you are allowed.  Any beyond that, just amount to nothing better than Spam.  It doesn't make any difference whether anyone offers an exact solution or not.  Many AHQ questions are never answered. 

if everyone wrote I have the same problem it can make ea look at the problem and give out the solution. im sure though its a simple answer or solution but you never know.
