It's always unfortunate when our favorite games from the past have their online services retired. We have an article here that explains why we need to sunset games.

BF1943 was the perfect casual game and could have easily rivaled Fortnite and Warzone on next generation consoles as a remaster. It was the game that got me and my son into the more bigger BF entries (BF1-2042). You should bring it back  - Fortnite/Warzone/Marvel Rivals are overrated slop.

  • BF1943 was the perfect game, simplicity at its best. Quick sessions before bed. No BF game has compared to this title. Would happy to pay for it to be released again in its current state.

I would absolutely buy a HD rerelease of this game. It would even be awesome for gamepass on xbox. There's nothing currently as great as BF 1943 which says a lot for how great it was.

I was so close to getting the last achievement I think about this all the time... 100 online matches, just my luck!
