why didnt i get the cancer battle tag

Hello @aztec-snake6,

In order to get the tag you had to claim the reward here. If you had not done this when the mission was still active, you will not be able to get the tag.

I did claimed it but never showed up, i logged onto battlelog using a pc then went to the page that showed my progress and it showed as complete so i clicked the claim button and thats it.
