why does battlefield 4 freeze after the trophies are synchronized

I recently just bought Battlefield 4 and when I install the game after the trophies are synchronized  and sometimes during the synchronzing the game freezes as well as my ps3. I have done everhting from restore file system to rebuild data base and even deleted the game, but this is my first time even playing battlefield and I have no idea what is going on. I asked battefield and they weren't any help. This is really fustrating and I am not happy with this at all I was really looking forward to playing because I'm tired of COD.

    Hello @FangTora,

    This sounds like an issue with corrupted data. I would clear your system's cache by following the steps below and see if that helps.

    1. While in the PlayStation 3 Cross-Menu Bar (XMB) navigate to the Game section.
    2. Scroll through this section until you find a folder called Game Data Utility.
    3. Open the folder to populate the Game Data list.
    4. Highlight the game entry and press the Triangle button.
    5. An options menu associated with the game will appear on the right side of the menu.
    6. Select Delete and press X to confirm.
    7. You will be prompted to re-install the missing data when you next play that game.

    Make sure you re-install any game data the next time you load the game to play. Otherwise the game will be missing important updates that will affect your gameplay.
