Why does it seem like people with low latency are at a disadvantage.

@Mo3tazibrahim I know they exist, but i dont feel its right that I dump half a clip into them i die then the same guy continue to kill the squad im with as they also shoot him. Im fine with my death as im prob not good or just lost the fight but half my clip plus half a clip from 2 to 3 of my team should def kill these people with 120 or better latency. Thats why i posted to ask.
@IBLUDGEON4FUN2 next time when you face the same situation join the server as spectator to see the player attitude and if he is cheating save the video as evidence and report in the below link.

- @Mo3tazibrahim I dont think its cheating i tgink it has something to do with low latency being off if tge people with a high latency dont have to lead their targets it seens like an advantage to them. If tgey dont have to adjust for their crappie internet.
@IBLUDGEON4FUN2try to play in a high ping server ( very low signal) you will know what is going on with them they are suffering 🙂 i tried that before.
My internet is so poor that at certain times of the days it’s impossible to play. 😢 Won’t even be able to move my character.
I don't even know how these ppl play with such a high ping. Once I get above 150 it's intolerable and frustrating. But yet I can't wreck whole servers when my ping is that high and I don't know how they do it. Im on PS4, wired connection, decent gaming tv, with as 100mb download, 10mb upload speed. While I understand ppl have a right to play it just don't seem right that we all have to suffer.
my ping is 120 to 130 in bad days 180 and i'm still playing as my region have around 2 or 3 servers and i like to play all the game modes
