why do my two shotgun ribbons in a round not show up on my phantom assignment
There are a few weird assignments on BF4. These include ones that need ribbons like you are talking about, that only will stay once the rest of the assignment are complete. In your case for the Phantom Trainee assignment, you need to first complete the other two portions of the assignment, the 200 pistol kills and 20 jet kills in this case. Once you get the 200 pistol kills and the 20 jet kills, then you will be able to complete the shotgun ribbons portion and complete the assignment.
