Do the following:
When the end-round screen appears wait for the "Continue" prompt to appear, once it does, click it and then quit from there.
Ideally, if you want to exit a match even faster, you could speedrun it by quitting the match during the map voting screen up to the screen where the best squad appears. DO NOT WORRY, you'll still receive all of your XP, bonuses, daily scrap and battlepack progression, you don't actually need to wait for the summary screen to appear for you to get them.
The actual trigger event that you get rewarded for everything is the moment the match ends and the camera goes above your soldier. The summary screen between the matches just shows you the summary of all of this. So, waiting for the summary screen is useless unless you wanna see how you've performed or you want to stay in the game for the next match. This is the moment where the game starts to buffer the next map which makes the quit so prolonged from this point onward
