Why has EA failed to moderate battlefield 1 and fix glithes.

Regrettably i recently renewed my EA pass for battlefield 1 and was annoyed to see under 18s flooding the servers and ruining gameplay by constant camping in vehicles or using mods that instant aim for headshots and remove thier marker off the map or move it completely out of the area in which thier standing. Furthermore im aggravated that when you spawn in you can INSTANTLY be killed with no delay despite you only just spawned. so now i have to compete with spawn campers with AT rocket guns, the blimp falling and killing me whilst in a non destructive building, vehicles de spawing whilst in use, modders and children. If this is the level of care and customer satisfaction that you deem to be adequate then i respecfully request that my membership be refunded as I refuse to play any game that doesn't work as advertised. If needs be i will submit this in a formal letter. If a refund is not given i shall contact trading standards and provide them with the evidence collected.

As this is a place where gamers help each other with technical issues there's not much we can do.This is not the place for discussing the age of players, how they choose to play or how the spawning system works.

    Some last remarks:

    Aimbots:

You can read about EA's stance on cheaters here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

in short, they continue to work against hackers and you can help them by reporting it.

    Moving Markers:

You only see markers when people are spotted which will make them appear and disappear, this is normal. If you have any specifics about a bug regarding spotting you can report it in the bug forum: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/battlefield-1-bug-reports-en - I currently don't an issue with this.

    Refund:

For refunding of payments, you have to contact EA support at help.ea.com

    Legal threat:

As mentioned, this forum is not direct customer support. Legal action threats, therefore, does not belong here, you are not directly contacting the company and your fellow gamers gain nothing from it.

  • I clicked the link to report modding and followed the thread only to be placed on xbox lives code of conduct NOT anything to do with EA so my question is what does EA! actually do? cos so far all im seeing is them not accept responsibility for anything and fob us off to either xbox live or PlayStation network. Also is there actually anyone who works for EA on here or is this site just another way of them shirking thier responsibilities?
