EDIT 3/6/14: Hi guys, the Veteran Battlepack should now be available to eligible PC players. If it doesn't show up immediately, please relog into Battelog.

My Battlefield 3 Battlelog shows my Veteran Statues as 10 and I have not received anything. Now I am not Premium member, does that change the out come of the battle packs?

Nope, I have BF4 premium and didn't receive the Veteran Battlepack.

Summary: It is not available at this time DICE, an issue was raised and they have turned this off until they investigate further.
I guess all we can do is wait...
