Why my pC is overheating
While playing Battlefield 3 multiplayer i get around 72 to 77C* sometimes 80C*, is that GPU temp normal ? where can i find a guide to learn

Laptops are tricky, you can normally not do much, other than making sure that there are no dust (pet-hair etc) in the cooling system (use a vacuum or compressed air).
Sometimes new paste on the CPU/GPU-cooler can help, but that involves disassembling the laptop and is much more complicated.
In general, laptops are problematic for gaming, they get hot and often has to reduce clockspeeds of the CPU and GPU to counter this, which leads to reduced performance.
