Try this:
Try running the installer from the BF4 installation folder as administrator and then restart your computer. The default location of this installer is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist
In redist, find both the x86 and x64 versions of VCredist.exe. Run and install both versions, and your game should now launch without error.

Tnx, but already tried that, at the moment I'm doing reinstall, we'll see in few hours, but it didn't help in case os FIFA 16. Still the same, so please help, if anybody had same problems.

Hello @DeGamma
Remember, you need to run vcredist.exe as administrator ( Right-click the Origin icon on your desktop and select Run As Administrator)
Also,Try to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632 (x64)
Run As Administrator 🙂

Tnx again, but still have the same problem for Battlefield 4 and Hardline and FIFA's.
When I try to install this from Microsoft, I got massage that I have newer version on my laptop.
Interesting, but Battlefield 3 doesn't have any problems
