No clue, but it started working again today. The last thing I did was cleared cache again in IE, enabled plugin free and rebooted.
to be more specific you need to got to "C:\Users\USER_NAME\Documents\BFH\settings" and delete "PROFSAVE_profile" and thats it. "PROFSAVE_profile is what is the problem it gets corrupted every time.
you might need to delete it every time in order to not crash the game on startup.

NOTE : Add the Battlefield Hardline directory e.g: " C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH" to to your anti virus exceptions, the anti virus software affects services needed to run the game.
