World Record on PC 3,9km headshot? Say what? Sniper nerf?

So apparently something's very fishy about this 4km headshot. I tried all sinper rifles and none of the bullets made it past 3,3km ~ approx. The bullet travels for exactly 5 seconds then disappears...

    1. Gain horizontal momentum in the air like from flying in a plane and jumping out (or C4 jeep or whatever)
    2. Shoot away from the direction you are flying while in the air
    3. Bullet will now fly for 5 seconds
    4. When bullet hits you will be further away than when you fired the gun

    Result: bullet distance (3.3km) + flying distance (0.6km) = total range of the shot (3.9km)

So you're saying that he got a headshot jumping out of jet at 3.3km distance and at moment of impact had 'jumped' another 600m??
