WTF Please help SMART PEOPLE

SPECS

OS: Windows 7 64-Bit

CPU: AMD Phenom ii x4 3.4 GHz

GPU : EVGA Geforce GTX 650 ti BOOST Superclocked 2gb

RAM: 8 gb

HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500 GB

At the first release of the game (Which i pre-ordered...unless i can fix this problem this will be a waist of money) i LAGED... I later found out i had to upgrade my drivers... Then i started runnin the game smoothly on a mixture of optimized settings (optimized by NVIDIA Geforce experiance) going from low to ultra... Then i stopped playing for like a week, got back on to play...and laged... run like 5 meters than glitch back 3... It made me upset... Especially since then i had to put the game on low..which looks bad... BUT, i then STILL laged, and i turned on a thing to show my frame rate and i had 20-40 FPS...Why? Can somebody PLEASE tell me what is wrong...or what i need to upgrade....IM DESPERATE FOR HELP!!!! Thanks

Your framerate is 20-40 FPS due to having a lower end graphics card. Yes, it can play most games today on moderate settings but from my experience Battlefield 4 isn't as optimized as it should be. Secondly, the reason you are glitching a few meters forward and t hen back some is due to either A) the server is glitching or B) you have a poor internet connection. I hope this helps!
