X1 BF4 cannot connect to EA Servers

Question

So the chat help is useless...I keep getting error message "you have lost the connection to ea servers. Online features will be unavailable"I have troubleshot X1, modem, reset gamer tag but still no luck an ideas?

1. X1 means xbox one2. I can't see the battle log because I get the same error message

As it says on Battlelog:
"WE HAVE A PLANNED MAINTENANCE ON PC JUN 17, STARTING 1AM PDT / 10AM CEST."
you might want to wait with the troubleshooting until this is done.
