[XB1] Cannot Level to 150

Hello everybody,

So after playing BF1 for a while now I finally managed to get to Level 149. Obviously I wanted to get to Level 150. In the final game I got the notification that I am now Max. Level. After the end of the game, I left the server and recognized that I was 149 again with the same EXP Progress before the final game. First I thought that I may take some time until the player progress is being "accepted" (no better word for describing this, hope you know what I mean). After a couple days I was playing again and was still 149.

Now I level up to 150 every single game but drop to 149 every new round whenever I leave the server to level to 150 in the next round then as the gap from 149 to 150 is fairly small.

I havent found anybody (neither here, YouTube, etc.) having the same issue.

Hey, @DesperDoes it sounds like a sync issue.

Try to power cycling the console and see if that helps you.

Power cycle:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Ok thanks for the help. Tried this out for 3 times now and nothing changed. What´s really weird is that when I come back to the main menue of BF1 I see my experience progress wheel (149 at the beginning) leveling to a full circle and then just going exactly to the same progress with level 149.

Any other tipps that you might know about ?

The last level should be only like 500.000 points so should be easy enough to do. Maybe with some non-ranked servers in you're server list you have played this and not received any ranked points for these games or you will need the help of an admin that could check your files. Or you could try to reach 50M to see if that works?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I also noticed that individuals who have already achieved rank 150 still display the 4 star general emblem for their rank as well instead of the new 5 star emblem. Also note the the required XP to go from rank 149 to 150 is 1,000,000 xp (for xbox one).

Site will not allow me to upload a 379 KB video so I have 3 screenshots of moments when the rank up bug occur. I'm still ranking up to 150 but after every match it displays a 'congrats you ranked up to 150' animation and then resets to 149 and continues accumulating XP. I had a feeling that hitting rank 150 would negate this bug, but it seems that the OP is at that point.
