Xbox 1 - Multiplayer matchmaking failed unknown error occurred

Since Oct 28, I have not been able to connect to a BF1 multiplayer game.  Everytime after I login I get and click on quickmatch, server browser, or operations I get "matchmaking failed an unknown err...

I got the same problem. Really don't want to make another gamertag just to play online. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Update Nov 5, 8:40 am central talked to EA tech support yesterday using my case. He stated that my case is being worked on and there are others with same issue. He could not give me a time frame when the issue will be resolved. He said I would receive an email. Still waiting 7 days and counting.....

    Thanks for updating constantly, i have the same issue you're having and am eager to see if they can fix this or not.

      Update Nov 6th - still no word yet from EA.  I figure with the weekend this will not go any where till Monday.  I do have a unique case ID, but I can't call EA tech support by hitting the "resume" button under the case #.  If I hit the "resume" button it will take my case out of the queue and I have to start over again.  (Don't know how anybody would know that).  Still waiting on email from EA.  8 days and counting....

        8 days waiting now myself,, Xbox One Gamertag MosesSupposes69 wont work even though it had worked perfect until last Saturday, same as yourself. Been on to EA a few times, was told to do the same as yourself. Hoping they fix this issues in the next day or two, i am seriously annoyed as I am the only one on my whole friends list that has this issue

    I got Lars from the EA Support Twitter account to look at my issue, but after some back and forth, he suggested I contact the tech support and open a help ticket. Obviously, there is no fix for this problem currently. I guess I'll have to keep playing using my wife's gamer tag. Really annoying.

    I can play with no issue using the exact same xbox 1 and connection using my wife's gamertag.

      MitchWeaver that is the exact same screen I am gettig as well. Hopefully it is fixed in the coming days

        Same error as well. I guess we are all in the same boat. Maybe EA can fix it. No word yet as of Nov 7. 9 days and counting...
