Thanks for updating constantly, i have the same issue you're having and am eager to see if they can fix this or not.

Update Nov 6th - still no word yet from EA. I figure with the weekend this will not go any where till Monday. I do have a unique case ID, but I can't call EA tech support by hitting the "resume" button under the case #. If I hit the "resume" button it will take my case out of the queue and I have to start over again. (Don't know how anybody would know that). Still waiting on email from EA. 8 days and counting....

8 days waiting now myself,, Xbox One Gamertag MosesSupposes69 wont work even though it had worked perfect until last Saturday, same as yourself. Been on to EA a few times, was told to do the same as yourself. Hoping they fix this issues in the next day or two, i am seriously annoyed as I am the only one on my whole friends list that has this issue
