Xbox 1 Battlefield 1 stopped working Nov 30. Help please.

So I played (ITS THE DIGITAL VERSION) it on Nov 29 and was working perfectly but I was done for the day so I hit quit after my multiplayer match. The quit does its little quitting screen for a minute ...

    Ok so I did the router reset and it didn't work for me BUT I found another site with a fix and it worked (I JUST CHECKED MY SOLDIER AND I WAS SAD THAT I HAD TO DELETE ALL MY DATA I GRINDED SO HARD FOR BUT THE CLOUD SAVED ME AND IT IS ACTUALLY ALL STILL THERE. So it fixes it and you actually keep all your data. ) so here it is. ---FOR XBOX 1--- 1. Press controller "option" on game title. 2. Choose 'manage game'. 3. Select 'saved data'. 4. Press controller "option" again over the affected profile. 5. Select 'delete saved data'. 6. Choose 'delete everywhere'. 7. If the profile image still appears under 'saved data', repeat step #6 but this time choose 'delete from console' 8. Once it is gone then power cycle your Xbox.
