XBOX 360 - Question about Battlefield 4 Multiplayer updates

Hi all, 

I have Battlefield 4 Premium on my xbox 360, i own it since a lot of time, so every "multiplayer update" i downloaded, i stored it in my hard disk and now Bf4 is something about 21.9 GB, too much for me, so the question is:

Can I delete ALL the multiplayer updates from my xbox hard disk and then re-download the one that ask me when i put game in, or i risk to ruine the game? is there a list of "necessary multiplayer update number" or every update is necessary? 21.9GB is too much, i need to erase something to free some space, thanks.
