I'm having the exact same problem. I rented a server for 7 days and the first day it was on an unknown preset. Then the next day it was perfectly fine and was for one or two days. Now it's the third day I've not been able to connect to my rented serverand it runs out ttomorrow. Surely dice should have replied to this by now. People are spending money on a game that's never going to run right.
