It's nice to know EA cares so much. Tried calling, they tried transferring me when I explained the problem, and put me on hold for ONE HOUR until my phone died. Now every time I try to use that link to call again, it redirects me to Answer HQ, there is no option for call or live chat. FIX YOUR **bleep** **bleep** IDIOTS.
