(Xbox 360) In-Game Issue - Spawning Without Weapon

Today when I played on my xbox360 I was being killed by my opponent when I spawned without any weapon in hand. I don't understand why I should spawn if my soldier has not loaded yet. Because it seems...

"I spawned in mid-time of the game on team deathmatch without a weapon, right in a war-zone and I got into a gunfight without having a weapon. I died. A player killed me after about 15 seconds having no weapon loaded on my soldier."

^ That sometimes happens to me as well.
