Xbox 360 to Xbox one

I am playing on Xbox one and used to play on 360. Now when a round is over all my score points rarely get saved. Example. I am 0/200000 and rank 100. If I get 7000 points in a round it will show it at the end of the round. Then I play another round and I am back at 0/200000. Anyone have any suggestion or know if this is a known issue?
