Xbox One Battlefield 4 won't work at all!!

The game will not work at all. Every time I try to start the game I am sent back to the XB1 home screen. I can't even get to the main menu of the game. What in the world is going on with this game?

Fixed the issue. If anyone else is having this problem it's the Xbox not any game you are playing. I had to do a system reset. I had to unplug the console from the wall, press and hold the power censor on the front of the console for 5 seconds. Plug the console into the wall, power it up and you should be good to go.
Call Xbox support if this doesn't work.

    Hey, @danilkman

This post is from 2013 so I will be locking this post down though to avoid further necroposting. I recommend checking out the following steps below to see if that does the trick to keep you in game. If not, please create a new post and let us know those steps were attempted. 👍

    • Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.

    AHQ Rules & Guidelines

    Reboot the Network

    1. Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes to refresh the network. A fresh connection can help clear up most basic connectivity issues.

    Power Cycle the Console

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Clear Mac Address

    1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
