XBox One Battlefield Hardline download installation stops at 100%

The installation stops at 100% and Xbox One tells me to sign in with the person who made the purchase????   I made the purchase and I enetered the redeem code since it was a digital download.  Anyone else having this issue?

    Mine fully installed on the dashboard but when I went in game it said it was still installed and it was stuck at 87%

    Yeah, taking more than 13 hours to download a game and then it says it's not installed all the way on the game!
