The server browser feature is only available to PC soldiers on the Battlefield Hardline Battlelog now. You can only view PC servers on a PC persona.

to solve the problem I must have the IP so I and solve it with my ISP.
Please write here the IP range, this is not so secret info, I just don't want to install a proxy sniffer and found it by my self , I am too busy with my live.
What IP are you asking for? I don't know which one you're wanting.
BFH Servers IPs for XBOX ONE
just for example BF4 server info on xbox one = http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/servers/show/xboxone/9977a2de-ff12-4705-a2ec-74518a3f471e/SNIPER-ONLY/
Here I can see the SERVER ADDRESS 159.153.34.101:30012 , and all other server info.
using the IP I can check connection latency to the server, but with BFH I can't do it without IP .
BF4 have even build in speed/latency tester in option in the game and can be tested any time, packet loss , ping speed etc...
