    If you couldnt sign in to any EA webpage and couldnt play any EA game online, it might be your Router/modem that blocked traffic to EA,thats what happened with me, I talked to my internet company (Comcast) and i had them replace my router and i am now able to reconnect to EA.

I have been having this issue since 10/21/16. I've done all of the same troubleshooting steps and I can not seem to be able to fix it either. Mine happened after I did a persona transfer, can I ask you if yours was after a persona transfer?

    does anyone know how to do this on PS4, I tried to re-download it and has been blue screening me and when it stopped it stopped downloading and I don't know.
