Xbox one little white squares

Ever since the update today, I have these little white squares that show up on my screen on and off. They are four of them and they run diagonal and one of them is just a dotted square. They mostly show when I am moving around. Its not that big of a deal and doesn't effect gameplay but it is pretty annoying. I am wondering if anyone else has this issue. I also noticed these squares. I first thought it had something to do with the head tracking with the kinect .. but it even flashes when it has said it acquired the correct position or what ever it says.. Then i got to thinking maybe it was a Connection symbol telling you your connection is slow..? I have no clue but i to would like to know what they mean..
