@iluminatethesky It's a digital free copy from the store, that's the annoying part. If it was obvious that it was something with the disk reader then I could simply get it replaced, right now it's looking like a major software isue (is what the support guy said but he really wasnt sure) and sending it for repairs to microsoft for that costs roughly 200 euros.
That's a lot of money for something like that to get repaired/replaced.
Unfortunately it looks like you've tried absolutely everything to try to resolve this, and nothing has worked.

- @iluminatethesky Damn... I'm right now in a chat with xbox support, tried ea support but didn't help at all. Guy kept telling me to contact my ISP to open certain ports while I'm telling him that I can't even get to the point of selecting a game mode.
Do you also think it's a software issue?
Thanks for trying to help me out this far mate, really appreciate it!At this point, I do believe it could be a software/technical issue within the Xbox, if you're having issues with digital games as well.
It's not a Port/Connection issue, if the games themselves just crash to the home screen.
The article I posted has a couple solutions, but it looks like you've tried a majority of them, from your original post.
At this point, you may have to get a new Console, or keep contacting Xbox Support to see if there's anything else you can do.
