I am sorry to hear about your issue and in your case I'd recommend to look into firstly verifying your game files.
If you have warranty for it and/or are still under the manufactures warranty, you may want to look into contacting them as you may have a problem with your system's hardware.
Also, console's tend to have issues sometimes that can result in lower frame drops, however if they are very severe than it could be an issue with the copy of your game and/or your system's hardware.
