Xbox One stuck when loading campaign at black screen with blinking cursor at top right

    Have you already tried to delete your game application on your dashboard and to reset your console? To clear your cache via a console reset, please hold your finger on the Xbox icon on your console for at least 15 seconds. It might worth a try to delete your game from your console in order to re-install and update it.

Hi Basti,

Thank you for your response.

I deleted game from the console, reinstalled and this solved the problem. I think this is the 4th time I have had to do this since owning the game!
