Hello everyone,
I have this problem since it was upgraded from new menu for the BF 4, Xbox One.
The game starts, go to the menu screen and after about 30 seconds it closes the game and go to the home screen of the Xbox One.
If a friend is playing, I can get into his game, following him.
Follow some procedures that I have done with the support of EA and Microsoft support:
1 - cleared cache Xbox One (of two existing ways);
2 - I uninstalled and installed the game again (Both the disk version and the digital version that I bought thinking it was the failed disk);
3 - removed persistent data on Bluray option on Xbox One;
4 - Delete the "save" the game, both the Xbox One and the cloud (live);
5 - I deleted my profile Xbox One and put it right back;
6 - I changed my region account (was United States, I changed it to Brazil);
7 - Did the factory reset on Xbox One (This made running the game for a day, and then returned the problem);
8 - I checked with the Microsoft support could be a problem related to "Preview Member" (and they confirmed that they have no relation);
9 - open yet 06 called in support of the EA and none of them have solved my problem.

Does anyone know a solution for this, or ALS has already ruled on this issue?
I'm there almost a month trying to play BF4 and can not, unless I follow a friend in the game.Sorry about the text ... lol
A hard reset of the Xbox One normally fixes issues like this on my Xbone. To do a hard reset (don't worry no data is lost and no reinstallation is necessary afterwards) hold the glowing "X" button on the front of the console until it shuts off completely. Then restart the Xbox One and you'll see that it goes through the long boot process with the Green Xbox Screen. When you log in try playing BF4 and it should work.

But thanks for answering.- Anonymous9 years ago
I found that, just after starting Battlefield 4, in the start screen, I need to sign out my profile and then sign in again.
This, combined with console reset, works 90% of time to me. I still get some crashes in the middle of the game sometimes, maybe that's a different problem.
