Xbox1 I have gold membership but says I don't . What's the problem now?

I have gold membership on the xbox one and when I try to play BF4 it tells me I don't, everything else I play on the xbox works. Why am I having another problem with BF 4? What's the fix?

    Hey @ChapsCS

    best bet would be to contact the Xbox Support. 
    I guess it has to do with some regional problems as I had the exact same issue a few months ago.

    Have you already tried to reset your console (hold down your finger on your Xbox One icon on your console for at least 10 seconds) or to delete your Gamertag in order to download it again? This might solve your issue but please keep us updated.

    Same peoblem. J tried what u said but it didn't work. Really annoying. Might get a ps4 kuz of all the anoying things i have to deal with on xbox!
