[XBOXONE] Can't retrieve battle packs / You must have Gold to play online.

When I turn on my XB1, the game loads then errors saying it can not load saved data with the option to Cancel or Retry. Retry just goes in a loop, then I can cancel and 'Load offline' but next it will say: "Can't retrieve battle packs" followed by a message  "You need gold to play online Sign up Decline. If I hit decline and switch users to my daughters account, I can play on her account, all of the servers are fine. Needless to say, I have Gold because I can play on my daughters account, the servers are fine also because I can play. I checked my account, nothing is wrong with it as far as I can tell. Thanks
