Xim4 settings on PS4?

My friend just picked up one of these because he's a pc gamer and he reckons he just can't get used to a controller.
Does anyone here have any settings or recommendations I can send on to him please?
Any help at all would be much appreciated.

    Kind of you to help out your friend. I guess the best way is for him to play around with the settings and adjust them to his liking. He can always join Test Range and try the settings out there.

    Thanks for trying to help out Jockey, but I'll just have to experiment as Cryphisss says... achieving perfect 1:1 linearity, turn speeds, fine aim control etc etc is going to take some time. I need to try and get my Gigabyte M6980X dialed in to my preferences, ballistic curves, boost, XY ratios and sensitivity settings are going to be 'interesting' to tune to be as close to a PC FPS as I can get.
