xp boosts not working and removed

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug when playing operations I went to activate a squad xp boost in the squads menu I hit activate and nothing happened i went to activate another one after hitting activate again nothing happened and i no longer had xp boosts to use. I checked my inventory at the end of the match and I no longer have the two xp boosts that i had when I started the match.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Apply a squad xp boost in operations from the start menu
What happens when the bug occurs? xp boost is removed from inventory but not activated
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Operations
AMD or Nvidia Model Number N/A
Enter RAM memory size in GB N/A

I am disappointing I lost my xp boosts I received them from the holiday superior battle packs I revived as a premium member.

    I had this happen to me as well. I lost all 3 of my boost and it looks like I'm not the only one. Is there any way for EA to fix this bug or replace my lost xp boosts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I reported it to lost content and they said they couldn't do anything and that it was a bug. as far as i know there is no way to get them back and it doesn't look like ea will try to give them back. Hopefully they will at least fix the bug.

    It's EA so you're most likely out of luck bud. Not gonna get anything back because they don't really care about the customer.
