You are an uncaring useless team

I requested help exactly a week ago, but no one has returned, you are nothing but an incompetent team, we pay money and buy games, but we can't even enter the game because of the inactivated error, before that I was playing battlefield 3 from ea, then I bought it from steam, then I started getting this error and the worst thing is that ea does not find a solution to this or cannot solve the problem because it has an incompetent team.
