I did try all that.
I changed my router, enabled UPnP and NAT, tried my ISP's and Google's DNS, Disabled the router firewall and and on my computer, tried repairing the game client, tried updating graphics drivers (some people said this worked for them), tried windowed mode and borderless, and when all else failed i tried reinstalling......none of those worked

It does take a bit of time, so please hang in there, and they will get in contact with you.
If they don't contact you in a couple days, feel free to contact them via Chat again with your Case Number, and they should be able to look into it for you.

hey there,
i've been conntacted by a specialised early this morning, and asked i run a trace to the ea servers using UO trace, which i have done, and awaiting her response.
But from looking at the trace results, everything looks pretty good.

I'm sorry to hear they were unable to help you.
I don't recall, but have you tried contacting your ISP to see if maybe it's something on their end?
I know you mentioned that you opened the suggested ports, and all the other steps.
Perhaps maybe upgrading/changing out your current router?

I did some more research for you, and was able to find this Article that might help:

Give this a shot, if you haven't already, and see what happens.

Thanks, i forgot to try that.
I did change my router before i contacted tech support but that didn't work, i also tried google's DNS
Also i disabled Nagle's Algorithm today but it didn't help.
