I have yet to hear a response in any regards to the message I got in my Email aside from these forums, so I am taking this as a message that my issue clearly is not of great importance. Thank you for your time, but I'm quite sure I give up on this entire matter. I have been lied to, led on, and jerked around with this issue and have yet to receive a logical answer or reason to my issue. You have oficially lost a customer and I plan to spread the word to friends and family on my experince with EA thus far.
