You need to download patch to play hardline

I get this message now when I try join servers, and I tried everything to fix it, read all forums , tryed mozilla firefox, IE, etc... nothing works, I was able to play just for one day after I bought the game. This is * up. This is * taking up to much of my time. Where, where to download this patch???
